I used 2 skeins (about 750 yrds) of Brooks Farm Riata - Fiber Content 48% Wool / 36% Kid Mohair / 16% Silk - Worsted weight on size US9 needles.
Since this yarn is hand dyed - the two skeins were not exactly the same but I still love the way it came out.
Here is my Clapotis photo shoot!

OK now it's cute and I want to make it. You know of my ambivalence to it, but you converted me. And not that you dont look cute, but my favorite pic artistically is the 2nd one... That is such a cool picture I think my 2nd fav pic is the one where I think you are holding the camera up... that is so you.
It turned out really great!! I love it! Now I'm going to go into my closet and pick up my clappy- which I haven't touched in 8 months. Now I want it done and I want to wear mine!

I have resisted the Clapotis thus far, but your post may have worn through my resistance. It's lovely... and dropping stitches on purpose is so much fun...
Clapotis looks beautiful and the color is fantastic on you. Great job.
That's gorgeous - love the colours. I must get around to having a go.
I WANT one now, too. You look wonderful in it. And, you have inspired me to knit my Christmas gifts...I have several things on needles right now that I want to give as gifts....
