Homespun yarn party!

The Homespun Yarn party rocked!

Despite a bit of a late start...(someone forgot to let us all in!) we got in there and setup in record time!

I helped out Erin and Dawn at the Cyberfiber booth. As soon as the doors opened, the masses arrived!!! I was actually able to snap a few pictures before and after the chaos. (none during!) We had a great spot next to the fab Woolarina!

I also got to see one of the cutest new little knitters-to-be!
Sarah and her new little one, Raley, were there!

I was able to give a shout out to Jayce and her fam...

AndColeen was there with Lolly - and check out our matching socks!

Yarn Spotting!

I also got to meet Jane who often comments on my blog - hi Jane! and lots of other cool people - which was probably the best part.

I will post about all the cool stuff I bought soon, but this week I'm in New Orleans for work. I'm not having a great week so far - everything is going wrong. So send me some good vibes!! I could use them!

Hi Jody! It was so great to meet you! The yarn party was awesome...even though my budget kept me reigned in.

I hope to see you again. Maybe at the Harlot and Sheep and Wool.

Have fun in the Big Easy.

  9. I so wanted to go, but I broke my wallet the day before going on a yarn crawl with the Central Maryland Knitters Guild. I hope they plan another one :) I am dying to try some of Erin's yarn but she always seems to be sold out on her site! I'm hoping to get to a Monday night knit nights soon! I miss you guys.
