It's a Japanese Red Maple - I have always loved the rich red of these trees.
The leaves are gorgeous vibrant red all year.
This week I am also playing with a new lens we rented for my Nikon - from Rentglass.com. It's a 105mm f/2.8G ED-IF AF-S VR Micro.
